I noticed that your site mentioned my order was still being processed, but when I asked about it, I was informed that it had already been shipped.

We recently purchased the RB3000 scissor lift and took on the installation ourselves. It went alright, but it was a bit slow going. The instructions could’ve been clearer, and the info mentioned only a little self-assembly was needed, which I think is misleading since it actually required quite a bit of know-how. If we had to do it again, we’d definitely hire the Tyre Bay engineers for the setup.

Once it was set up, we faced an issue with getting the two ramps to align at the same height. That’s when Neil, the product Director, stepped in. He was super helpful over the phone trying to sort things out, and when that didn’t work, he came to our workshop the very next day. After taking a look, Neil decided to return another day to fix the issue. I can’t praise Tyre Bay Direct enough; their professionalism is top-notch, and Neil didn’t stop until everything was sorted.

Awesome support! Super informative. They handled the problem with our balancer quickly and effectively. I definitely recommend them, and Neil was fantastic. All errors fixed, balancer adjusted, and they showed great goodwill.

The pictures don't match what I received, and when I tried to return it, they wouldn't refund the shipping fees. I'm really upset; just be cautious when making a purchase.
